The first such joint project, conducted in 1999, explored technological challenges confronting business. This second annual project explores a wide range of ethics-related issues, including the changing importance of ethics, corporate ethics policies, ethical aspects of hiring, ethical aspects of doing business in such countries as Cuba and Iraq, legal/ethical/practical aspects of bribery, whom CEOs consult on ethical matters, monitoring and preventing misuses of new technologies, environmental ethics, and racism, ant-semitism, and misogyny.
