Constitutional Anger: Albertans Heat Up, Quebecers Simmer:

Albertans are not as dissatisfied with Confederation as Quebecers but Albertans’ level of irritation appears to be rising much more quickly. The portrait of Albertans as somewhat more satisfied with current political and constitutional arrangements emerges from responses to the question listed immediately below. As evidenced in its accompanying table, a 62% majority in the western province say that they are satisfied compared to 45% in Quebec.
