COMPAS Poll/Survey

Fewer than one in five Canadians would pass our nation’s citizenship test, according to a recent Global TV/Ottawa Citizen/COMPAS survey. Based on respondents’ unprompted answers to a subset of actual test questions, only 17% of Canadians would be able to meet the pass requirement of answering six in ten questions correctly. To add insult to injury, almost as many Canadians (14%) are unable to answer correctly any question at all as are able to get a passing score of 60%. |
