Common Perimeter Essential for Canadian Economy in Uncertain Times

Canada’s business leaders believe that a common North American perimeter is an essential objective in an economic climate that they are ambivalent about. The overwhelming majority of business leaders, interviewed in this first of many weekly web-polls, are convinced that it is at least somewhat essential (17%), if not very essential (36%) or extremely essential (38%) for the Canadian government to harmonize with U.S. rules and practices.
