At least half of Canadian business leaders believe that Canada should seriously consider adopting the U.S. dollar, according to a new National Post/COMPAS poll. In practice, 26% of business leaders surveyed say that Canada should definitely consider using the USD and another 28% say that Canada should probably consider adopting the greenback. The precise question and full distribution of responses are shown in table 1 below.
