A majority of Canada’s CEOs and business leaders believe the worst of the stock market meltdown is over. They also predict economic growth within the next six months, and express overall optimism about the economy. There is nonetheless little confidence that the bull market will return. Two-thirds of the business leaders surveyed do not think that we are headed back into a bull market.

These are the key findings from the current web-survey of CEOs and other business leaders conducted by COMPAS on behalf of the National Post under sponsorship of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and CIBC.
