Lots of negative fallout will result from the BP Gulf spill according to CEOs and business leaders on the COMPAS business panel. The Gulf fisheries and tourism, oil and gas developers in sensitive areas of North America, BP itself, and the White House will all bear the brunt.

As for their performance during the crisis to date, both BP itself and the Obama White House earn failing grades for their performance.
